Tanja Sanders Holding B.V.
Contractor: Tanja Sanders Holding B.V., established at Disketteweg 14, 1033 NW Amsterdam.
Client: The natural person or legal entity acting in the exercise of a profession or business who enters into an agreement with the Contractor.
Services: All services provided by the Contractor, including but not limited to the Inner Capital™ Mentorship, Keynote Speaking, and Consulting.
These terms apply to all offers, proposals, and agreements between Tanja Sanders Holding B.V. and the Client. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
Mentorship/Coaching: An agreement is formed when the Client signs the engagement letter or completes the initial payment for the program.
Speaking: An agreement is formed when the Client confirms the booking in writing or signs the Speaker Agreement.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT (BTW) unless otherwise stated.
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the Client fails to pay within the term, they are legally in default. Tanja Sanders Holding B.V. is entitled to charge statutory commercial interest and collection costs.
The investment for Inner Capital™ is a fixed fee. Payment plans, if agreed upon, are a courtesy; the full amount is due regardless of the Client's completion of the program.
All materials, models, methodologies (specifically Inner Capital™, PMF Scaling™, and the Venn Framework), and content provided by Tanja Sanders Holding B.V. remain the intellectual property of the Contractor.
The Client obtains a limited, non-exclusive right to use these materials for personal or internal business purposes only.
The Client is explicitly forbidden from reselling, reproducing, or teaching the Inner Capital™ methodology to third parties without written consent.
Effort Obligation: The Contractor performs the services to the best of their ability (inspanningsverplichting). However, the Contractor cannot guarantee specific financial results (revenue, profit) as these depend on the Client's execution and market conditions.
No Therapy: While the Contractor utilizes modalities such as Hypnotherapy and Quantum Healing, the services do not constitute medical or psychological advice.
No Refunds: Due to the high-touch nature and limited capacity of the Inner Capital™ program, all payments made are non-refundable.
Early Termination: If the Client terminates the trajectory early, the full remaining balance of the agreed fee remains due immediately.
Both parties agree to keep strict confidentiality regarding all personal and business information shared during the mentorship.
Travel: For events outside of Amsterdam/The Netherlands, the Client agrees to cover Business Class travel (for flights over 4 hours) or Economy Plus (under 4 hours), and airport transfers.
Accommodation: The Client shall provide hotel accommodation (4-star minimum) for the duration of the stay required for the event.
The Client is responsible for providing a working audio/visual setup, including a high-quality microphone (headset or lapel preferred) and a projection system.
While Tanja Sanders acts with professionalism in the event of technical failure, the Client bears the risk for the quality of the AV equipment.
More than 60 days out: 50% of the fee is refundable.
Less than 30 days out: 100% of the fee is non-refundable.
Force Majeure: In the event of illness or force majeure preventing Tanja Sanders from speaking, liability is limited to the refund of the fees paid. Tanja Sanders Holding B.V. is not liable for consequential damages (e.g., event marketing costs).
Tanja Sanders Holding B.V. is only liable for direct damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.
Liability Cap: In no event shall the total liability exceed the amount of the fees paid by the Client for the specific service in the 6 months prior to the claim.
Indirect damages, including lost profits or missed savings, are excluded from liability.
These terms are governed by Dutch Law. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam.
